Our youngest children are welcomed into a separate Infant Center located at 1800 E Main St in Ashland, away from our larger school community. This smaller setting allows us to create a quieter, more intimate environment specifically designed for infants and young toddlers with a lower student-teacher ratio. The space includes an age-appropriate play area, carefully selected materials, and opportunities for safe movement and exploration that are suited to the developmental needs of children from 3 months through the toddler years.
Our infant center is open 8am-4pm. Cost of extended care outside of the school day hours can be obtained during a tour of our program.
*The above tuition rates are based on a yearly cost broken into monthly installments from Sept-June
Each day follows a thoughtfully prepared rhythm, while remaining flexible to meet the changing needs of the children. Our daily schedule includes a balance of indoor and outdoor exploration, group activities, snack and lunch, and a generous rest period to support the growing bodies and minds of young children. Rather than following a rigid clock, teachers observe the children and adjust the pace as needed, creating a day that feels both predictable and responsive. Extended Care is also available before and after the regular school-day schedule, providing families with additional flexibility while maintaining the same nurturing environment and Montessori approach.

Financial aid
ERDC
We accept ERDC payments to cover the cost of attendance to our Montessori program. The Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) program helps families who are working, or in school, pay for child care, including registration fees. You can learn more about this program here: https://www.oregon.gov/delc/programs/pages/erdc.aspx
Scholarship Program
Our scholarship program is designed to support families whose children would not be able to attend the Butterfly House Montessori without financial assistance but whom are unable to receive government aid. Scholarships are granted as a percentage of total annual tuition and typically fall within the 5-20% range. Please contact us to see what scholarship programs are offered this year.
